Coaching Packages & Values

We agree on the the number of sessions you desire to start with. 

I recommend 5 or 10 sessions initially. 

Coaching session ranges: $70 to $80  
There are limited discounts for those in financial difficulty. 

Getting Started

1. Meet for 30 min consult 

We will customize the package to suit your needs regarding appointment times, frequency and payment. 

2. I will send you:

- A Coaching Agreement email

- An Intake Form via email 

- A PayPal money request

Group Coaching 

There is power in group interaction. 

We learn, challenge, encourage, empathize, cry, celebrate and get stronger with each other. 

We heal best in relationships, not in isolation. 

For this reason I offer a monthly coaching group focused on a chapter from "Rescued" by Shelley Martinkus. 

This is part of my coaching package. 

Group coaching is a process led by a skilled coach where group members take turns being the focal point while maximizing combined energy, insight and experience towards personal progress.

There is power and joy when you steward well what is yours to manage... emotions, thought life, physical needs, relationships, etc.


In this personal and intimate space, life coaching can be used to move you from a state of learned helplessness to God-given empowerment.


You can receive support to think through your options and take actions that will keep you moving forward, one step at a time, one moment at a time.


Coaching provides you with a judgement free space to process your heart, receive gentle accountability for your action steps and be encouraged. Helpful tools for self-awareness, clarity and change are provided as needed.

This calling was birthed out of pain in my life, but God's ways are always higher than what we perceive.


He has lifted my head to receive deeper healing and experience meaningful growth. Something I read about in James 1 and now I see.
